This project was created in collaboration between Lemon Creative Co., Noah Kinney and Cydney Cherepak. In a market saturated with both "cook it yourself" and home delivery services, the inspiration for this project is the excitement someone feels when discovering a new restaurant.

The goal of this project is to create a full visual identity for Tastie Today, as well as a website, app and conceptualize how the brand would function in the modern city.

APPROACH

As we developed the concept for this service, we quickly realized that it would fall somewhere between a food blog and a subscription service. We wanted to highlight featured local restaurants through printed materials found inside the package, and highlight the city through key colors.

We wanted the consumers using the service to feel connected to the brand through friendly and illustrative design. This connectivity to Tastie Today will help consumers feel more comfortable trying new foods and experiencing new culture's.

not an average food service

How it works

Consumers are able to sign up for a monthly subscription to receive food from locally owned around their city. Available foods rotate on a bi-weekly basis, allowing the limited menu to be curated by each local restaurant. These meals are available for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner for singles, couple or families to enjoy. With each delivery, subscribers are able to discover a new food while learning about each restaurant and the culture that they share.
